Valentin ILX is a compact, user-friendly printer. When combined with a Valentin APX 7000 which applies labels from above, below or the sides, it becomes a heavy-duty print/apply solution, ideal for integration with production machinery.
You design your own label layout (using NiceLabel software, for instance) which you transfer to the printer via a network or USB drive.
The printer processes symbols, graphics, logos, dates and times, batch numbers, lists of ingredients and barcodes.
The equipment prints and dispenses in one step – just-in-time. This guarantees product labelling based on actual real-time requirements, quickly and directly.
You can mount the unit in different positions to get maximum benefit from how it is integrated it into your production process. You can choose between right-hand and left-hand execution, and the stack light indicates the unit’s status.
It comes in several different versions with print resolutions of 200, 300 or 600 dpi. The different models can handle label widths from 20–116 mm and label lengths from 15–3000 mm. Models are available for direct thermal printing on thermal labels and for thermal transfer printing using a transfer ribbon, and at printing speeds from 0–300 mm/second.
The unit is easy to operate and simple to maintain. It requires power and air connections and is very popular at packing plants.

We distribute thermal transfer ribbons in all qualities and widths – and, needless to say, you can order new print heads or other spare parts from us, too.
