This Vulcan printer prints and applies labels in one continuous movement, while maximising your uptime and productivity and minimising your risk of label errors.

It is user-friendly and meets the need for wrapping a printed label around the rearmost corner of your product, and it can be adjusted to follow the speed of the packing line. Even at high speeds, it sets a new standard for guaranteed uptime.

It can apply up to 48 labels a minute and is available in three print-width versions: 53 mm, 76 mm and 107 mm.

You get a solution that is up to three times faster than other applicators. It positions the label with great precision and has a revolutionary print-head technology that runs without compressed air.

It prints texts, graphics and barcodes on the label after which it dispenses the label onto your product, and it is possible to combine label and print sizes. The label is dispensed and immediately followed by a rubber roller to firmly wrap the label around the corner of your product.

We recommend this device for labelling boxes and cartons and in places where the label must be visible from two sides, and you can use it in most production environments.

Both transfer ribbon and label roll can be changed in no time so your production process doesn’t stand still for very long. It can hold label rolls up to 400 mm in diameter. It has built-in code assurance, which minimises operator error, and the automatic pressure regulator optimises printing quality and print-head service life. Compared to other print/apply solutions on the market, the number of wearing parts is reduced by roughly 80%.

The printer prints and applies labels 1:1, and it logs all user changes and alarms, giving you full traceability which makes it easier to troubleshoot and optimise your production line.
