Our hot-stamping machines are tried and tested – and they meet the need to print things like dates and batch numbers. The machines are also available in different sizes depending on the preferred printing area and printing pressure.
If your products have a difficult-to-print surface or shape, hot stamping is often the best labelling/printing solution for them.
We provide a compact, sturdily designed hot-stamping machine that meets the need to print dates, batch numbers, etc. It has built-in control of stamping time and heat, and it is also designed to be installed in all types of packing machines and label dispensers.
It is controlled by a photocell and inductive sensor or relay for a starting signal, and you can mount it horizontally, vertically and with a simple handle that enables it to be rotated 360° on its axis. Your labelling can be up to 200 mm wide and 200 mm high, the compressive force is up to 12,000N and you can label up to 400 products a minute.
The underlying principle of hot-stamping is that a heated metal stamp presses a coloured stamping foil against an item so the colour from the foil is deposited on the stretch wrap or label.
The stamping foil contains an adhesive that solidifies almost instantly. The colour does not bleed and is not soluble in water or fat.
The metal stamp is designed and built-up with a printing block and type sorts. And if you want traceability, you combine the stamp with a numbering machine. Naturally, you can use multiple printing blocks for the same stamping set-up.
We manufacture the machines in aluminium and stainless steel, and you can order mounting equipment if you wish to install the stamping set-up in your packing machine or label dispenser.
As an optional accessory, we can supply the printer with a built-in rack so you can offset the print both lengthwise and crosswise.
We have experienced that hot stamping is very popular at dairies, meat-packing companies and breweries. It is easy to integrate into your production line, it has temperature control of multiple functions and it is controlled digitally. We will gladly help with mounting and instructions.
The hot-stamping machine is easy to maintain because so much of it is mechanical and because the equipment withstands water.
If you need a smaller printed area, you should consider the M-30.
We have a wide selection of stamping foils so you can get the quality, colour, width and length you need – at an attractive price.
