Compa V prints at high resolution on label rolls, with optional accessories to meet your special needs.
If you are looking for a sturdy, quality label printer to print on labels, textiles, plastic or nameplates, you should choose Compa V. It can also print labels with a wearable, weatherproof and chemical-resistant substrate.
The printer is easy to operate and extremely reliable – even in harsh production environments. The printer cabinet and printing mechanism are made of high-quality materials.
Compa V lets you design your own label layout using software such as NiceLabel and you insert a roll of labels into the printer. Then you transfer the label layout to the printer, either via a USB drive or direct from the computer in which you designed the label. You select the number of labels you need and press ‘print’.
You can print symbols, logos, dates, times, batch numbers, lists of ingredients, 1D and 2D barcodes.
The printer comes with multiple I/O interfaces, enabling USB or Ethernet connection, that can be connected to WLAN.
Compa V can be supplemented with various accessories, such as label cutters, a dispenser function which pulls the label almost entirely off the backing paper (if you want to apply the label manually). A foot pedal is also available for sending a signal to the printer to print the next label or tell a rewinder to wind up the label web after printing so it can be used in a label dispenser.
The printer is available in six different versions with resolutions from 203–600 dpi. The different models can handle label widths from 20-162 mm and label lengths from 5–6.000 mm. They are available for direct thermal printing on thermal labels and for thermal transfer printing which uses a transfer ribbon and printing speeds up to 300 mm per second. Also the printer is easily combinable with an APL 100 label dispenser.
