How it works.

Cans move through three integrated dispensing stations — top, bottom and side — each fitted with its own SDA label dispenser
Star wheel speed, acceleration and dispenser settings are servo-driven and fully adjustable from the recipe system, while a predefined error count automatically stops the line to protect quality
An optional orientation station rotates each can to a fixed reference point before labelling, so top, bottom, side and — if fitted — tax stamp labels are always applied in register

One motor pushes, one motor pulls: Elmoprint’s 2-servo system holds a precise, recipe-controlled label tension across the full run, at speeds up to 85 m/min.
Available on all three dispensers, it reduces label breaks and lifts label accuracy — the upgrade we recommend for the very best uptime and precision, especially on demanding side labels.
