How it works.

Bundles are loaded from the shrink tunnel, or manually, onto a servo-driven conveyor that carries them through a guarded labelling section into a triple roller module
A driven roller presses gently against the bundle and rotates it while the label feeds in between — smoothing the shrink film and wrapping the label around the bundle in one controlled motion
The roller then retracts and the conveyor advances the finished bundle to a packing table or collection container

Technology spotlight.

The SDA 300 servo dispenser doesn’t just apply the label — the rotating roller irons out wrinkles and excess film as it goes, so the wrap-around label finishes flat and brand-ready on every bundle.

Add the optional ICE Zodiac Eagle print head and the machine prints variable data straight onto the label, in the same pass.
